The estimator, Brandon, was very knowledgable. He was on the the roof, inspected the chimney, then went thru the crawly hole into the attic. He was the only one that did all that. One estimator didn't even go up on the roof! Brandon explained the products they used and exactly what they do and why they use them. They were a tad more expensive by about $500. But the attention to detail and the better products offered made up for it.
When the day came to do the roof, they were very organized and laid tarps and boards against the windows to keep them safe while tearing off the old roof. It also kept the old roof from getting into the lawn and bushes. It turned into a 3 day job so they covered the roof before leaving in case it rained. Which was very lucky for us because it poured that night.
The job was finished in 3 days. The yard was clean, no nails to be found in the ground. Also, their vehicle had an oil leak and they made sure to put a mat down so it wouldn't stain. And that was when they were parked on the road, not my driveway!
Everyone was very courteous and polite. And the roof turned out great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at the right price!
